I provide guided meditation sessions, energy check-in of the body and soul to detect stuck energy and recommend movement solution to release them. My service work with the energy centers, called chakras, of the body. We are all spiritual beings navigating a human experience, and the body tells the truth. It responds with emotion when something aligns with or deviates from your highest good. True transformation begins with inner work, aligning the mind, body, and soul into harmonious union. When this alignment is achieved, it creates a powerful wave of unconditional love that clears and activates your energy centers.

Through a series of personalized sessions, I guide clients in connecting to their higher selves. Using a combination of guided meditation, intuitive energy check-ins, and somatic movement practices, I help identify and release blocked energy. My work is rooted in balancing the body’s energy centers, known as chakras, to restore flow, clarity, and vibrancy.

Sound Therapy

Sound therapy uses healing vibrations from instruments like crystal or Tibetan bowls to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore balance in the mind and body. Because our bodies are largely made of water, these sound frequencies travel easily through us, helping to reduce stress, clear stagnant energy, and encourage deep relaxation.
It’s a gentle, non-invasive practice that supports emotional well-being, mental clarity, and energetic harmony.

Reiki Healing

As a Master Reiki Practitioner, I approach each session from a place of deep stillness and creative intuition. I intentionally enter a meditative state where I release identity, location, and time, becoming no-one, no-where, and in no-time. This allows my energy to slow, soften, and attune to the subtle vibrations of my client’s energy centers. From this neutral and connected space, I intuitively guide the movement of energy to clear blockages, restore flow, and support each individual’s highest good. Every session is unique, deeply personal, and focused on creating a container for healing, clarity, and realignment. Clients often leave feeling grounded, lighter, and more connected to themselves than when they arrived.

Our energy centers have their own brains that tell those areas of the body to produce the right protein and nerve connection to allow for flow and softness in the body. These energy centers can become blocked due to disassociation due to stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other events that pushes the mind, body, and soul out of harmonious union. Our energy centers, commonly known as chakras, serve as intelligent hubs that influence the flow of energy, emotional well-being, and even physical health. Each chakra communicates with specific areas of the body, supporting the production of essential proteins and neural connections that promote balance, vitality, and ease.

When we experience stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or disconnection, these centers can become blocked or disrupted. This misalignment pushes the mind, body, and soul out of harmony, leading to emotional stagnation, physical tension, or spiritual disconnection.

My chakra alignment sessions help restore energetic flow by identifying and addressing these imbalances. Through guided practices, intuitive energy work, and somatic awareness, I support the release of blockage, allowing the body to soften, the mind to clear, and the soul to realign with its natural rhythm.
