You get to choose your reality.
What version of yourself do you want to raise?

Dr. Aletha Williams, PhD.

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

My journey toward health, healing, and empowerment began long before I understood its true importance. I grew up in Jamaica, where some of my fondest memories involve walking through the countryside with my grandmother, gathering medicinal bushes to treat everyday ailments. From a young age, I learned to respect the natural world and its ability to support our well-being.

When I was 13, my parents moved my seven siblings and me to the United States. I spent my high school years in New Jersey before earning a place at the United States Naval Academy, where I graduated and went on to serve 20 years in the United States Navy. My years of service deepened my resilience, discipline, and commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

One thing I would love for you to know about me is that I value wellness deeply. My personal relationship with mind-body wellness was forever changed in 2003, when I was diagnosed with cancer. Facing this challenge, I discovered the profound power of the mind and perspective. Determined to have a second child before undergoing surgery that would prevent future pregnancies, I turned to meditation, finding that it grounded, comforted, and renewed my hope even in the darkest moments.

Through this experience, I came to understand how emotions like fear, anger, depression can create powerful “emotional bodies” that, if left unchecked, dominate our physical health. But I also learned that by changing the way we look at things, we can begin to heal from within. Research confirms what I lived: positive thinking is vital to strengthening the body’s immune system.

In celebration of my lifelong dedication to holistic health, I recently completed my PhD journey and am now proud to be a Doctor of Mind-Body Medicine. This academic achievement deepens my ability to support others through a combination of science, spirituality, and personal experience.

As a Mind-Body Practitioner, I integrate a range of experiential methods to create lasting mind-body connections. My approach includes equine experiential learning, meditation, art, creative expression, and somatic-based practices. Each method is carefully selected to help clients reconnect with their physical and emotional selves, allowing for profound transformation and healing.

My years of naval service also gifted me with a rich understanding of diverse cultures and professional fields. This experience allows me to hold space for individuals from many backgrounds and professions, creating a safe and inclusive environment for healing, growth, and empowerment.

Today, it is my passion and mission to empower others to discover their own self-healing energies. I work with a wide range of people, offering transformational and spiritual life coaching that is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and a genuine heart for giving back to the community.

My purpose is simple yet profound:
To help you reconnect to your inner wellness, transform your perspective, and embrace the powerful, vibrant life you deserve.

This is the time to heal. Are you ready?
