This special sound healing experience offers a quiet and supportive space for reflection\, gratitude\, and remembrance. Through the soothing resonance of sound\, participants are invited to slow down\, breathe deeply\, and connect with the deeper meaning of this day. \nAs a veteran\, I hold a deep appreciation for the service and sacrifice of those who have worn the uniform\, as well as the families and communities who support them. This gathering is offered in that spirit\, creating a space for honoring\, remembering\, and restoring. \nSound has long been used as a tool for grounding and restoration. During this session\, gentle tones and vibrations create an atmosphere that encourages the body and mind to settle\, allowing space for personal reflection and honoring those who served. Whether you come to remember a loved one\, to sit in gratitude for the freedoms we share\, or simply to experience a moment of peace\, this gathering is an opportunity to hold space together in community.
